HEL-343: 合并 HEL-282 事务/审计修复(9193a3f) 与 HEL-342 双主题施工(b2bcd47) 作为外网测试环境发布基线

去掉写死的演示金额与账期进度，改由 /api/admin/dashboard 的 totals 与 period_progress 填充；无数据走空态。
