morluto b0e06dc307 Add TypeDoc configuration, architecture diagram, and generated API docs

- TypeDoc config covering all source modules (domain, contracts, hopper,
  application, server, CLI, config)
- Mermaid architecture diagram showing layered dependency flow
- Generated API documentation in docs/api/
- Update AGENTS.md with architecture diagram link, oxlint commands,
  code quality tool docs, and pre-commit hook instructions
