fix(HEL-509): 四处已通过界面限域修补

- 情绪周期: 移除暗色模式下标题栏多余的背景色块，与其他页面一致
- 智能选股: 阶段选股/策略选股/自定义选股改为3个独立圆角按钮(复用control-surface/radius-md等token)；修复策略选股面板模块零间距穿模问题
- 问师: 顶部补齐与其他页面一致的留白，联系人列表/搜索/聊天区/输入区结构不变
- 系统配置: 复核后确认已在早期B-147阶段完成token化统一，未发现需改动项
