[WIP] HEL-875: 真实主动留言接线（分页边界待修，禁止合并） #12

普通入口在页面打开期间接收她的真实主动留言，沿用已有留言卡、未读标记和对话动效；回答、暂停回看和全文打开期间先排队。演示入口保持隔离。只改前端与交接文件，未改后端合同。

视觉总监原补丁基于 31970c4dd3851aae67a922b03264743d504b8e97，总管回放提交为 1ae243f286b14789289e0bdca77eec818074c879；8 文件与附件源码包和 MANIFEST 的 SHA256 全部一致。目标为 hel-870-assembly，不合并、不部署。

总管复跑：typecheck 通过；eslint 0 错、1 条原有警告；vitest 49/49；build 通过，CSS 仍为 index-DdDYzR5S.css。原版 Python 需求检查对 origin/main、origin/agent/agent/de8874a3803b 各带/不带 handoff 全过，另对实际母线带 handoff 通过。依赖由既有缓存离线安装。原作者报告的 Edge 25 项及截图/帧序列保留在 HEL-875 附件，本轮未重跑浏览器；真机和 Safari 未测。零真实模型和嵌入请求。

待修复，当前不能批准： 独立补测发现 fetchAfter 默认最多回翻 5×50 条，却把 cursor 推到本批最大 id。合成记录 id=1 已知、id=2 为未读主动留言、之后至 id=301 为普通记录时，首次只取得 52–301，第二次从 301 开始，id=2 永久被跳过；预期包含 id=2 的隔离测试失败。需原作者修复分页续读/游标提交并补边界回归后再审。

已读仅存本浏览器、最长正常轮询间隔 20 秒；跨设备已读、即时推送及本次会话与重开后的排序差异保留记录，不擅自扩后端合同。R5–R7 继续由主卡 HEL-797 承接。工程检查不代表体验验收或项目完成。

HEL-875: 接上真实主动留言，保全视觉总监原始补丁 1ae243f286

Apply the exact eight-file HEL-875 patch from the visual director on 31970c4. Independently reran 49 frontend tests, typecheck/lint/build and original Python requirement checks. Candidate only; intake found pagination overflow dropping older reach-outs after >250 new records, requiring author repair before approval or deployment.
