增加隔离样机：日常选片、真实正向进退片、目视底板实时口型，以及ASR/LLM/TTS和每轮peer取消隔离。同步起点仍约口型提前0.42–0.64秒，尚未通过体验验收；真人麦克风和手机真机未测。原78项Python测试、前端构建、5项网关测试和真实浏览器回归通过。完整证据、长测与限制见samples/companion/REPORT.md。此PR供复核，禁止合并或部署。
