HEL-833: R3真实聊天记忆、中文召回与回忆接口 #9

成功聊天现在会在同一事务保存双方原文和持久压缩作业，之后按既有 low 路由生成 gist/affect，并通过中文检索将近20轮以外的记忆注入对话。新增 /api/memories 分页与详情；公开记忆整条继承来源门禁，未确认、未判定、仍有私密候选及未知来源均隐藏，包括摘要、标题、关联、详情和检索。

保留 LifeRuntime 原六参数工厂调用，创建后装配记忆服务，首次恢复及后续租约/衰减统一使用注入时钟。中文索引由增量触发器维护，填充旧库重复迁移、旧代码回退写入再升级均已隔离验证。前端和模型/路由/预算配置零改动。

验证：Python 3.12.14 / SQLite 3.53.1 全量 225 passed（原194 + 新31）；原档案工厂测试2通过。四类隐私负例、底色指纹、正常生活/成长保留、与精确 c285a0f 三接口响应字节等价、FTS integrity-check、取消/断连/事务回滚、预算/租约/衰减通过。Python修改模块ruff、双目标需求检查含handoff通过；web build、37项vitest通过，lint0错1条既有警告。完整证据和首次192通过2失败历史保存在 docs/r3/，交接见 STATUS-HEL-833.md、handoff-HEL-833.json。

基准v1.10／59项，需求变更无；目标 agent/agent/de8874a3803b。零真实模型调用、未读取或复制真实用户库、未合并、未部署。缺少分享凭据的历史伴侣消息及R2关闭时的伴侣来源保持隐藏。真实模型质量、隔天取回、服务器迁移回退与真机体验留独立审核部署；回忆页由视觉总监后续接线，HEL-831及R4–R7继续原承接。请独立审核后再推进后续卡。

HEL-822: run all four browser checks; minimal mechanical check fixes + fresh run evidence 7db6677234

- browser_check.py: 视觉观察 → 视觉观察（模拟） (author renamed the aria-label, selector not migrated)
- import_check.py: handle the dirty-settings leave confirmation before opening the record (pre-existing gap, fails at base db571ba too)
- rework_browser_check.py: long-user-line reply budget 10s→60s (approved hel-799 dwell ≈2.4s/page), conditional 继续 resume (toLatest resumes flow in the approved prototype), 600ms settle before measuring compact typing nav transition
- regenerated docs/frontend + docs/rework evidence from this Linux run
