HEL-771: 修齐主题卡悬停底色、副标题和默认徽标间距 #9

修复 tiles 主题卡的三处样本差异：悬停保持 bg-2，四卡副标题使用样本 tone，夜卡默认徽标前补一个空格并与名称保持同一文本节点。复用主题定义、现有 hover 规则和主题 token；compact 文案、布局和悬停默认值保持。

基于 b2bcbc10；目标 fix/hel-769-theme-preview。PR #8 保持冻结，不合并、不部署。

验证：npm ci、lint、check（0错误0警告）、四组已有前端守护、build通过；144对卡片状态DOM/几何/计算样式零差异。138对整卡逐像素一致，其余6对普通态仅圆角边缘1～8像素差异、最大通道2/255，原图及逐项统计保留；48对悬停和48对选中均整卡像素一致。交互121项通过，管理页60组11,809项守护通过。

仅隔离假API，未触真实GPU、付费生成或用户数据。未宣称整套样本完成，等待总管安排独立复核。复现和边界见 docs/changelogs/2026-10-22-hel771-theme-tiles.md。
