Replace the long directory select with a searchable tree picker, add borrower/guarantor search scope, and expose an independent asc/desc toggle without changing filter data or permissions.

Floats cannot lift later cards above earlier ones, so the right column
inherited empty tracks. Desktop now wraps into independent flex columns;
source DOM stays interleaved for mobile.

Keep desktop columns independently sized, but put cards in business order
in the DOM so 390px stacks 摘要→归档→基本→还款→金额→备注 without relying
on display:contents + order.
