Keep heaven header-actions shell fix from live 3e8666e while applying
sidebar-brand/statusbar height alignment. Bump shell.css cache to
20260822-2 and tokens.css to 20260820-4.

The shared shell hides .app-header .overview-strip (the market tape) for
heavenView, which is intentional (the heaven page has its own dark header).
But hiding the tape removes the flex-grow element that normally pushes
.header-actions to the right edge, so on the heaven page the top-bar icon
group was left-shifted by hundreds of pixels (rightGap 792px at 1920 vs 20px
on reference pages).
Give the heaven .header-actions margin-left:auto in the shared shell so the
icon group stays flush right when the tape is gone, matching every other
page. The heaven page body, business logic, data, API and frozen content are
untouched.
Also bump the shell stylesheet cache version.

Remove the stale body[data-active-view] .overview-strip { flex: 0 0 auto }
override from the three market-insight page stylesheets. Since the merged
header (B-147) moved the market tape into .app-header, this rule no longer
targets the old in-main overview strip and instead overrides the shared
shell rule (.app-header .overview-strip { flex: 1 0 auto }), which pushed the
header-actions icons off the right edge on auction, theme library and
popularity pages. Deleting the override lets the shared shell owner drive the
tape growth so the right-side icons sit flush like every other page.
Regenerate architecture-inventory.json line metrics for the CSS change.
